    Cocktail Pecans

    From "The Seattle Classic Cookbook"


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
    • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
    • 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
    • 1 lb. pecan halves
    • 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce


    Instructions


    1. Combine the butter, salt and Tabasco sauce in a medium bowl. Stir in the pecans. Spread in a shallow baking pan. Bake in a preheated 300-degree (F) oven for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

      Add the Worcestershire sauce, stir and bake 15 minutes more. Cool. Store in an airtight container if there are leftovers.

      Makes 6 to 10 servings.
