    Popcorn Crunch

    List of Ingredients


    • About 4-1/2 quarts popped corn
    • 1/3 cup butter
    • 1/3 cup brown sugar
    • 1/4 tsp salt


    Instructions


    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees (F). Pour the popped corn into a large roasting pan. Melt the butter in a small saucepan and whisk in the brown sugar until melted.

    2. Pour the sugar mixture over the popcorn and sprinkle with salt. Mix well with a large spoon until the popcorn is coated.

    3. Bake the popcorn 5 minutes, stir and continue baking 5 additional minutes. Cool for 10 minutes or so before serving. The popcorn will keep well in a covered container.

      Makes about 4-1/2 quarts.
