Terry Bradshaw's Blue Cheese Chips

- 12 ounces Poor Brothers Potato Chips
- 12 ounces seasoned sour cream (recipe follows)
- 2 ounces Danish blue cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked chopped bacon
- 3 green onions (cut on a bias, using only the green part)
- 1/2 roasted red bell pepper, diced
Instructions
- Freeze the blue cheese; finely shred (to create a snowflake effect) and place back in freezer.
- Using two 10-inch dinner plates, place the chips on each plate, dividing evenly. Dollop seasoned sour cream evenly over chips. Sprinkle bacon evenly over chips, place in oven at 350° F and bake for 2 minutes.
- Remove from oven and place on top of a cooler plate. Finish by topping off with blue cheese flakes, green onions and roasted red bell pepper.

SEASONED SOUR CREAM
• 6 ounces mayonnaise
• 6 ounces sour cream
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 1/8 tsp celery seed
• 1/8 tsp dry dill
• 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1/8 tsp curry powder
Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate.
