Oyster Stew (For One)

List of Ingredients
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 ounces diced onion
- 1/8 tsp fresh or dried dill
- 3 fresh local oysters
- 1-1/2 cups whole milk
- Parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Saute first 4 ingredients together until oysters are cooked through. Chop oysters after they are cooked and return to pan.
- Add milk, and warm for about 5 minutes on medium heat until stew thickens. Garnish with parsley.
