    Oyster Stew (For One)

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 tsp butter
    • 2 ounces diced onion
    • 1/8 tsp fresh or dried dill
    • 3 fresh local oysters
    • 1-1/2 cups whole milk
    • Parsley, for garnish


    Instructions


    1. Saute first 4 ingredients together until oysters are cooked through. Chop oysters after they are cooked and return to pan.

    2. Add milk, and warm for about 5 minutes on medium heat until stew thickens. Garnish with parsley.

      Serves 1
