• 8 ounces extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
• 4 ounces chopped pimientos, drained
• ¼ cup mayonnaise
• 1 Tbsp spicy brown mustard
• 1½ tsp red wine vinegar
• â…› tsp celery salt
• â…› tsp black pepper
• â…› tsp garlic salt
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an 8-inch square baking dish and set aside.
In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine the Cheddar, pimientos, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, celery salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Transfer to the prepared dish.
Bake 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Stir and serve warm with toasted pita chips, crackers, or vegetables.
Makes 6 servings.
