BAKING PANS
It's worth investing in a good selection of pans. Pick heavy-weight pans that won't buckle in high heat and that are easy to clean. If you invest well, they'll last a lifetime.
A Standard Assortment Should Include:

• a 9- or 11-inch square cake pan
• a selection of loaf pans

• a large cake pan for celebration cakes
