List of Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp chopped green onions
- 2 Tbsp chopped green chilies
- 3 tomatoes, peeled (drop in boiling water for one minute) and sliced thick
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Combine sour cream, salt, pepper, flour, green onions and chilies.
- Place tomato slices on a cookie sheet. Cover the tomatoes with the sour cream mixture, then the cheese.
- Broil 4 inches from the heat for 4 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Makes 4 servings.
