    Buttered Baby Spinach

    List of Ingredients


    • ½ stick (4 Tbsp) unsalted butter
    • 1½ pounds baby spinach
    • Salt and freshly ground black pepper


    Instructions


    1. Heat butter in a wide 6-quart heavy pot over moderate heat until foam subsides. Add spinach and cook, stirring, until just wilted and bright green, 2 to 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

      Serves 6
