Company Potatoes

List of Ingredients
- 8 potatoes, unpeeled
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1-1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3 green onions, chopped with tops
- 1/2 cup butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup crushed cornflake crumbs
Instructions
- Boil potatoes and bay leaf until potatoes are done. Drain, cool, peel and grate potatoes.
- Stir together all remaining ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup corn flakes.
- Put grated potatoes in a large, greased casserole. Pour mixture over potatoes and stir gently. Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 30 minutes.
- Add the remaining 1/2 cup cheese and corn flakes to the top. Bake another 10 to 15 minutes.
Great for potlucks.
