    Creamy Twice-Baked Potatoes

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 medium baking potatoes
    • 2 Tbsp butter, softened
    • 1 Tbsp milk
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1 (3-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
    • 2 Tbsp sour cream


    Instructions


    1. Wash, pierce, and bake potatoes at 375 degrees (F) for one hour or until tender. Cool.

    2. Cut a thin slice off the top of each potato. Scoop out the pulp and place in mixing bowl. Add butter, milk, and salt; beat until fluffy. Beat in cream cheese and sour cream. Spoon into potato shells; sprinkle with paprika.

    3. Place stuffed potatoes on baking sheet and bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are thoroughly heated and tops are browned.
