Dill Baby Carrots

- 1 lb. fresh baby carrots
- 1 Tbsp butter (or margarine)
- 1 tsp chopped fresh dill (or 1/4 tsp dried)
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Instructions
- In medium saucepan, bring 3/4 cup water to a boil. Add carrots; cover and cook over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender.
- Drain carrots; return to saucepan. Add all remaining ingredients; stir until butter is melted.
Yield: 7 servings (1/2 cup each)
