    Dill Baby Carrots

    • 1 lb. fresh baby carrots
    • 1 Tbsp butter (or margarine)
    • 1 tsp chopped fresh dill (or 1/4 tsp dried)
    • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/8 tsp pepper


    Instructions


    1. In medium saucepan, bring 3/4 cup water to a boil. Add carrots; cover and cook over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender.

    2. Drain carrots; return to saucepan. Add all remaining ingredients; stir until butter is melted.

      Yield: 7 servings (1/2 cup each)
