    Grilled Corn with Jalapeno-Lime Butter

    List of Ingredients


    • 6 ears fresh sweet corn
    • 1 Tbsp olive oil
    • .
    • -- Jalapeno-Lime Butter --
    • 1 stick butter
    • Juice and zest of 1 lime
    • 2 jalapeno peppers, seeds removed and finely chopped
    • 1 tsp cumin
    • 1 Tbsp cilantro


    Instructions


    1. Prepare the grill. Remove husks and silk from corn.

    2. Brush corn with olive oil; place on the grill and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, turning frequently.

    3. Heat the jalapeno-lime butter ingredients in a saucepan on the side of the grill. Mix thoroughly as the butter melts to blend all ingredients.

      When corn is ready, brush with the jalapeno-lime butter and serve.

      Serves 6
