Grilled Corn with Jalapeno-Lime Butter

- 6 ears fresh sweet corn
- 1 Tbsp olive oil

- -- Jalapeno-Lime Butter --
- 1 stick butter
- Juice and zest of 1 lime
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeds removed and finely chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 Tbsp cilantro
Instructions
- Prepare the grill. Remove husks and silk from corn.
- Brush corn with olive oil; place on the grill and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, turning frequently.
- Heat the jalapeno-lime butter ingredients in a saucepan on the side of the grill. Mix thoroughly as the butter melts to blend all ingredients.
When corn is ready, brush with the jalapeno-lime butter and serve.
