Heavenly Asparagus

List of Ingredients
- 2 bunches asparagus, ends snapped off
- 1/2 tsp kosher or sea salt
- 2 Tbsp virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Asiago or pecorino cheese, coarsely grated
- 1 lemon, cut in quarters
Instructions
- Set asparagus in a steamer basket over 1 inch of water. Bring to a boil and cook until barely tender, 3 to 4 minutes.
- Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with oil and cheese, then serve at once, garnished with lemon wedge. Squeeze lemon juice over each portion before eating.
