List of Ingredients
â—¦ 1 ¼ pounds baby spring carrots
â—¦ 3 tablespoons butter, melted
â—¦ 2 ½ tablespoons honey
â—¦ 2 ½ teaspoons dry ground mustard
â—¦ 1 teaspoon salt
â—¦ ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 400° F.
In a large bowl, whisk together the butter, honey, mustard, salt and pepper. Toss in the carrots and stir to combine.
Spread everything on a rimmed baking sheet and bake 20 minutes, or until golden and tender.
Serves 2 to 4
