List of Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp vegetable oil or bacon drippings
- 4 cups coarsely shredded or chopped cabbage
- Salt, pepper, sugar, nutmeg and dash of vinegar to taste
Instructions
- Saute onion in oil for 3 minutes. Add cabbage and saute for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add seasonings. Cover and allow to steam for 5 more minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
