Maple Sugar Acorn Squash

List of Ingredients
- 2 acorn squash, cut in half and seeded
- 1/2 cup maple sugar (or syrup)
- 2 Tbsp butter
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees (F). Place squash, cut side down, in a baking pan and bake until fork tender (20 to 30 minutes).
- Turn squash over and fill each cavity with 2 tablespoons maple sugar or syrup and 2 teaspoons of butter.
- Bake until butter melts and sugar starts to caramelize, 10 to 12 minutes. Serve warm.
