    New Potatoes with Chive Butter

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 to 1-1/2 lbs. small new potatoes
    • 1 Tbsp butter, melted
    • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
    • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp salt
    • Dash pepper


    Instructions


    1. Scrub or peel potatoes. In medium saucepan, cook potatoes in small amount of boiling water for 15 to 25 minutes or until fork-tender. Drain well. Return potatoes to saucepan or place in serving bowl. Add butter, chives, salt and pepper; toss to coat.

      Yield: 6 servings
