New Potatoes with Chive Butter

List of Ingredients
- 1 to 1-1/2 lbs. small new potatoes
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp salt
- Dash pepper
Instructions
- Scrub or peel potatoes. In medium saucepan, cook potatoes in small amount of boiling water for 15 to 25 minutes or until fork-tender. Drain well. Return potatoes to saucepan or place in serving bowl. Add butter, chives, salt and pepper; toss to coat.
Yield: 6 servings
