Roasted Green Beans and Mushrooms

List of Ingredients
- 1½ pounds fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 (8-ounce) package fresh mushrooms, quartered
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450° F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Combine green beans and mushrooms on prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss gently to coat.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until desired degree of doneness. Serve immediately.
Makes about 6 to 8 servings.
