Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary & Sage

List of Ingredients
- 8 medium-size new potatoes
- 6 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 6 sprigs fresh sage
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3/4 tsp salt
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Scrub the potatoes and cut in halves.
- Lay the sprigs of rosemary and sage in a baking dish and place the potatoes on top. Drizzle with olive oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Roast in a preheated 350-degree oven 30 minutes. Turn the potatoes and continue roasting 15 minutes, or until very tender.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
