    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup chopped onion
    • 3 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh ginger
    • 1 serrano pepper, split
    • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp pepper
    • 1 (1-pound) package fresh collard greens, washed, trimmed, and coarsely chopped
    • 1 Tbsp sugar
    • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar


    Instructions


    1. Sauté onion and next 3 ingredients in hot oil in a large wok or skillet 1 minute. Stir in salt and pepper. Add greens; sauté 2 minutes. Add sugar and vinegar; cover and cook 3 minutes or until wilted. Remove and discard serrano pepper before serving.

      Makes 4 to 6 servings.
