Simple Roasted Asparagus

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh asparagus
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Snap off tough ends of asparagus. Arrange asparagus in a 15 x 10-inch jellyroll pan. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat 4 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar, salt and pepper.
Yield: 3 to 4 servings
