    Steamed Baby Bok Choy

    List of Ingredients


    • 6 heads baby bok choy, cut in half
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 1/4 cup dry white wine
    • 1 Tbsp butter
    • Pinch of salt


    Instructions


    1. Saute bok choy in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 1 minute or until wilted. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 1 minute or until tender.

      Yield: 6 servings
