Steamed Baby Bok Choy

- 6 heads baby bok choy, cut in half
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 Tbsp butter
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Saute bok choy in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 1 minute or until wilted. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 1 minute or until tender.
