List of Ingredients



• 2 lbs. fresh spinach, washed and trimmed
  
• 1/4 cup white wine vinaigrette
  
• 1/4 tsp salt
  
• 1/8 tsp hot sauce
  






Instructions



1. Heat a large stainless steel bowl in a 450-degree oven for 10 minutes or until very hot.
   
   
2. Remove bowl from oven. Combine all ingredients in bowl, tossing to coat. Return bowl to oven, and cook 5 minutes, or until spinach wilts. (Do not overcook.)
   
   Makes 6 servings.
