Elk: Crockpot Elk Roast

List of Ingredients
- 1 large onion, sliced
- One medium to large elk roast
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
Instructions
- Place sliced onion in bottom of crockpot. Add elk roast next, then cream of mushroom soup and onion soup mix.
Cook on LOW for 8 to 12 hours.
