Chicken Potato Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 2 - 8 ozs canned chicken
- 1/2 cup onion -- chopped
- 1/2 cup butter -- (1/4 cup reserved)
- 1 tsp salt
- 10 ozs cheddar cheee -- shredded
- 1 tsp pepper
- 10 ozs cream of chicken soup
- 8 ozs sour cream
- Fresh bread crumbs
Instructions
- Thaw potatoes partially.Mix all ingredients except
- reserved butter and bread crumbs. Pour into a
- well greased casserole dish. Mix bread crumbs and
- butter together and sprinkle on top of casserole.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
