    Chicken Potato Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
    • 2 - 8 ozs canned chicken
    • 1/2 cup onion -- chopped
    • 1/2 cup butter -- (1/4 cup reserved)
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 10 ozs cheddar cheee -- shredded
    • 1 tsp pepper
    • 10 ozs cream of chicken soup
    • 8 ozs sour cream
    • Fresh bread crumbs


    Instructions


    1. Thaw potatoes partially.Mix all ingredients except
    2. reserved butter and bread crumbs. Pour into a
    3. well greased casserole dish. Mix bread crumbs and
    4. butter together and sprinkle on top of casserole.
    5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
