Here's a burger that is both flavorful and juicy. Top it with Monterey Jack cheese and a slice of pineapple.
List of Ingredients
6-ounce can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper
1 teaspoon garlic puree
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup molasses
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 pounds ground beef
3/4 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
Recipe
Combine first 8 ingredients in a blender and process. In a bowl, combine processed sauce, ground beef, bread crumbs and eggs. Form 8 patties.
Serves 8, each with 654 calories and 28.3 grams of carbohydrates.
