Swiss Veggie Medley
List of Ingredients
16 ounce bag California Blend Veggie, thawed and drained1 can cream of mushroom soup1 cup Swiss cheese1/3 cup sour cream1/4 teaspoon pepper1 can (2.8 ounce) Durkee's dry onionsRecipe
Mix 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, 1/2 can onions. Pour over veggies in casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes covered. Remove from oven. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can onions over top. Bake 5 minutes UNcovered.
