1 cup cracker crumbs
1 1/2 pounds hamburger
1/2 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
2 cans Campbell's beefy mushroom soup or cream of mushroomRecipe
Mix hamburger, crumbs and water. Pat onto baking sheet. Put in refrigerator overnight.
Cut meat mixture into squares. Roll in flour and add salt and pepper. Brown in skillet on both sides. Put in a casserole dish and pour cans of soup over it.
Bake at 350 F for about 1 hour.
