    1/2 cup butter
    1/3 cup peanut butter
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 3/4 cups flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    Hershey's kisses, unwrapped

    Recipe



    Cream together butter and peanut butter. Add sugar, brown sugar, egg and vanilla. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt, and add to creamed mixture. Mix well.

    Make balls the size of walnuts. Roll in sugar. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 for 8 minutes.

    Press a kiss into each cookie. Bake 5 minutes longer.

    May use chocolate stars in place of kisses.
