    1 loaf frozen bread dough
    2 egg yolks - 2 egg whites
    1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
    1 teaspoon parsley
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon oregano
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    2 tablespoon vegetable oil
    1/4 pound pepperoni
    1/4 pound ham
    1/4 pound hard salami
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    4 slices provolone cheese
    1/2 cup tomato sauce

    THAW bread dough. Flatten on greased cookie sheet.

    MAKE a paste of 2 egg yolks, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, oregano, pepper and vegetable oil. Spread over dough.

    DOWN center of dough, layer pepperoni, ham, salami and provolone cheese.

    SAUTE onion and green pepper. Place on top of cheese.

    POUR tomato sauce over this.

    FOLD each side of dough over the filling, making sure to overlap as far as possible. Pinch edges.

    BRUSH top with slightly beaten egg whites.

    COOK at 350 F for 30-40 minutes.
