Swedish Meatballs

1 small onion, chopped
1 egg
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 lb ground beef
sauce:
1 can, 10 3/4 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg, optional

In a bowl, combine the onion, egg, bread crumbs, milk, salt and pepper. Crumble beef over mixutre and mix well. Shape into 1 inch meatballs, about 24. Place in a shallow 1 1/2 quart microwave safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 10 minutes or until meat is no longer pink; drain.
Combine the soup, sour cream, milk, parsley and nutmeg if desired; pour over meatballs. Cover and cook on high for 7-8 minutes or until heated through. Serve over noodles.
