    This recipe comes from Vernon, British Columbia, Canada. This relish is a super treat with roast beef or hamburgers.

    List of Ingredients




    6 cups ground cooked beets
    4 cups white sugar
    1 1/2 cups white vinegar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 bottle of certo

    Recipe



    Boil beets, salt, vinegar and salt for 20 minutes. Add certo and boil for an additional 2 minutes.
