8 slices bread
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
1/4 cup catsup
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
SET oven to broil and/or 550 F.
BROIL one side of bread about 4 inches from heat until toasted.
MIX remaining ingredients; spread mixture to very edge of untoasted side of bread.
BROIL with tops about 4 inches from heat until done, 4 to 5 minutes.
