    Peanut Butter Meltaway Cake

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup margarine
    1/4 cup cocoa
    1 cup water
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 cup buttermilk
    2 cups sugar
    2 cups flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    3/4 cup peanut butter
    3/4 tablespoon oil
    Frosting (recipe follows)

    Recipe



    Mix together margarine, cocoa, water, eggs, and buttermilk. Cook till boiling. Add sugar, flour, baking soda, and vanilla. Mix well and pour into greased and floured 13x9 inch pan.

    Bake 20-25 min at 350.


    Mix together peanut butter and oil. Spread over baked cake while still hot.

    Place in refrigerator for 1/2 hour. Spread frosting evenly over top of cake.

    Frosting:

    1/2 cup margarine
    1/4 cup cocoa

    Mix together and cook till boiling Then add

    1 lb powdered sugar
    6 tablespoon milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    Mix well.
