None of the recipes you find here call for any outlandish ingredients. Why, you may ask?? Because we live out in the boondocks a mile from the nearest town, 4 miles from the nearest grocery store and there isn't a specialty/ethnic food store within 30 miles of us. |

Am I a real Chef??...Well, according to Mr. Webster I am because I get paid to cook and I manage a kitchen, part time. All to often folks have the idea that a Chef, is someone, that paid someone else to teach them how to cook...A Chef is a skilled Cook, not necessarily an educated one. |
