    Steak Marinade

    This is a recipe comes from our friend Bernadette Y.

    List of Ingredients




    1 tbsp salad oil
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp sherry....real sherry.....not the cooking type
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tsp worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/8 tsp oregano
    1/8 tsp basil
    1/8 red pepper

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients...
    Pour on steak and marinate for 2-3 hours...
