Buffalo Chicken Wings

List of Ingredients
- 3 lbs of chicken wings
- oil for deep frying
- 1 cup Louisiana RedHot sauce
- 2/3 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup burgundy wine
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp white pepper
- a couple of drops of Tabasco sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Disjoint wings to make two pieces.
- Deep fry in a pot or deep skillet for 8-12 minutes, or until crisp. Remove from oil and place in a bowl.
- Mix sauce ingredients and cover the wings, stirring lightly until the wings are all coated.
Final Comments
Serves 3-4 as a main dish or 8-10 as an appetizer.
