    Grape Sauce for Fish

    A recipe I got from my Mother.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 tbsp butter
    • 2 tbsp flour
    • 1 cup chicken broth
    • 1/2 cup dry white wine
    • 1/2 cup heavy cream
    • 1-1/2 cups seedless grapes
    • salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter in medium sauce pan and blend in the flour.
      Cook over low heat, stirring often.
    2. Add the chicken broth and blend and then add the wine and cream.
    3. Cook until the mixture thickens. Add grapes, salt and pepper Heat but don't boil.
    4. Serve hot over fish fillets.
