    Jamaican Honey

    I just returned from the Cambria Co Fair where I won a 3rd place for the following recipe...

    I use the honey on all kinds of meats and poultry...
    Hope you enjoy it also.

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup of honey
    1 tbsp onion flakes
    1 tbsp onion powder
    2 tsp dried chives
    2 tsp ground thyme
    1 tsp allspice
    1 tsp ground black pepper
    1 tsp cayenne powder
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

    Recipe



    Mix all the spices together and add to the honey....Mix well
