List of Ingredients
1 loaf frozen bread dough
2 egg yolks - 2 egg whites
1 T parmesan cheese
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
2 T vegetable oil
1/4 lb pepperoni
1/4 lb ham
1/4 lb hard salami
1 green pepper, diced
1 medium onion, diced
4 slices provolone cheese**
1/2 c tomato sauce Recipe
Thaw bread dough. Flatten on greased cookie sheet. Make a paste of 2 egg yolks, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, oregano, pepper and vegetable oil. Spread over dough.
Down center of dough, layer pepperoni, ham, salami and provolone cheese. Saute onion and green pepper. Place on top of cheese. Pour tomato sauce over this.
Fold each side of dough over the filling, making sure to overlap as far as possible. Pinch edges. Brush top with slightly beaten egg whites.
Cook at 350 F for 30-40 minutes
**Mozzarella cheese can be substitute for the provolone cheese.
