1 1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) butter, soft
3 ounces cream cheese
1 Tbsp ??? baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1 egg
zest from 1 lemon
juice from 1 lemon
2 teaspoons lemon extract
3 cups all-purpose flour

Cream the butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add the baking powder, salt, sugar and then add the egg, zest, juice and flavor. Scrape the bowl and blend in the flour.
Press through a cookie press or pastry bag and bake at 350° until they just begin to brown.
