This is a PRE WORKOUT MEAL
List of Ingredients
1/2 C oatmeal.. ground into flour ( I use a coffee grinder or blender)
2 egg whites
1/2 mucky banana
1 teaspoon butter-nut extract
2 pkts splenda
1/2 teaspoon salt free baking powder
enough water to make a smooth flowing batter.
Recipe
BLEND until smooth.
pour onto a hot (use PAM) waffle iron.. cook till golden
I like to make my *syrup* by heating up berries in the microwave until they make a runny mess.. then pour onto the hot waffles.
This is going to give you
1 workout sized serving of carb (1 cup)
1 workout sized serving of fruit (1cup)
1 protein (eggwhites)
