Recipe Introduction
Great for a B type Breakfast! I tried this when I needed a new way to get my protein. I take this with me for snacks. I make it in the morning or the night before and freeze it. You can prepare it with or without fruit
List of Ingredients
1 cup prepared Crystal Light, any flavor
1/2 packet of Sweet-n-Low (or any sugar substitute)
1/3-1/2 cup of any fruit you can have (optional)
4 tsp powdered egg whites (all natural no additives)**
1-1 1/2 cups ice
Recipe
Mix first 4 ingredients in a blender, add ice a couple of cubes at a time. Blend until smooth.
