    1/2 cup chopped fresh pineapple
    1 small banana, quartered
    1 cup cold brewed peppermint tea
    2 ice cubes

    Recipe



    Combine all of the ingredients in a blender & whiz until thick & smooth. Serve chilled & don't store. Makes 1 serving; 190 calories; no added fat.
