    List of Ingredients




    1 lb thin cut sirloin
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1tbsp low sodium soy sauce
    1/4 cup water
    1 cup green pepper, cut into 1 icnh pieces
    1 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup chopped clelery
    2 Tbsp cornstarch
    2 cups water
    1 tomatoe, cut in wedges
    3-4 cups cooked rice

    Recipe



    Brown beef in skillet; add garlic and cook until the garlic is yellow. Add soy sauce and 1/4 cup water; cover and cook 45 minutes. Add all vegetables except tomatoes; cook for 10 minutes. Blend cornstartch with 2 cups water and stir in. Add tomatoes and cook, without stirring another 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
