SHEPHERD'S PIE

List of Ingredients
-3 large potatoes or 6 small/medium potatoes (about 3 cups cooked)
-6 cups of no-salt added frozen veggies or fresh cut veggies
(my favorite is the broccoli, cauliflower, carrot mix with a little no-no corn mixed in)
-1 to 1 1/4 lb. lean ground beef
-2 tbsp. or 2 packets of Chicken-flavored Herb Ox (optional)
-1/8 cup milk or natural chicken/turkey broth
-diced onions and seasoning for added flavor in the meat (optional)Recipe
Brown 1 to 1 1/4 lb. of lean ground beef adding some diced onions of any color and Mrs. Dash seasoning for additional flavor if desired. If using frozen veggies, par-boil for a 3-4 minutes, drain and mix with browned ground beef. Place mixture in the bottom of casserole dish, spreading evenly.
Potatoes: Peel potatoes and cut into small cubes then boil until soft. Mash the potatoes and add milk or broth, Herb Ox, and additional seasonings if desired. Spread the potatoes across the top of the meat/veggie mixture.
Bake casserole at 350 for approximately 30 minutes.
