    4 egg whites
    4 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
    2 Tbsp. vanilla extract (or rum extract)
    1/2 cup oatmeal flour
    Splenda to taste - I only use around 6 pkgs.
    1 tbsp Baking powder

    Recipe



    Beat egg whites till white and a little stiff. Add Splenda and vanilla. Then add flour and beat untill well blended. Place in 2 mini-loaf (teflon) pans and bake @ 350 degrees for 20 minutes. I gave a little squirt of canola oil spray. Makes 2 servings.

    Cook so that it is a little gooey on top – tastes like chocolate chips melted! YES!
