    Chrispy's PUMPKIN PIE

    List of Ingredients

    Crust:
    3 Egg white
    1/2 cup of oat Flour
    9 Pkts of splenda
    1 1/2 tsp cream of tatar
    Dash of cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp butter or vanilla extract.

    Pumpkin filling:
    3large eggs, beaten
    12 packets of sweet& low brown sugar,
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    3/4 cup rice milk
    1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
    1 tbsp. rum, optional
    1 t
    sp pumpkin spice seasoning
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg or ginger, depending on your preference
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon

    Recipe

    Prepare Crust: Beat egg white with cream of tartar until stiff, add remaining ingredients along with small amount of water until of spreading consistency. Spread onto non-stick baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray** and bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned.

    Directions:
    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, beat the egg whites, splenda, cane syrup, milk, pumpkin puree and seasonings.

    Pour the filling into the prebaked shell. Bake for 40 minutes or until the filling has set around the edges.

    Remove the pie from the oven.
