    Potato: Cottage Fries

I cube up half of a small baked potato. I bake several of these on the weekend, keep them wrapped in foil, and store in fridge. Then, using a smaller teflon skillet, I liberally coat them with Mrs, Dash. I have all flavors. ( I should buy stock), and heat them at medium until they are beginning to stick to the pan. Once they do that, I add a bit of water...about 2 tblspoons, and turn the heat on high. The water and heat and Mrs. Dash give them this color that is appealing to me. That is it! I love them with dinner as my carb. I love to have them for breakfast with an eggwhite scrambled into them. They make me feel like I am having restaurant "cottage fries".
