(I have adapted this from the various ones in the recipe forums)
List of Ingredients
2- 15 oz cans of PURE pumkin
4-5 egg whites
1 ½ c splenda
pumpkin pie spice (to taste)
cinnamon (to taste)
1T vanilla
1t. imitation butter extractRecipe
whip the eggs for a few minutes, until frothy. Add the pumpkin, splenda, and spices/extracts. Mix well. Line a 8X8 or 9X9 pan with Reynolds release foil & spoon in mixture. Bake @ 400 for about 30-40 min, until firm.
Makes 8 ½ c servings…so just reduce your protein that meal by ½ oz to account for them. THIS IS A CARB, not a fruit!
